Incredible Afternoon Tea! I was so lucky to visit Plato’s for afternoon tea. It was the most incredible 5* service and food from start to finish. The afternoon tea begin with a beautiful mocktail, soon followed by the most delicate, delicious sweets and sandwiches. The mango meringue was a particular favourite! This was followed by warm scones, and to finish the most amazing apple palate cleanser - with a little bit of gold and sparkle! The drinks selection was incredible too with a wide variety of teas and coffees to choose from. The whole experience was luxurious: the food, the beautiful surroundings, the view, and of course, the outstanding service by Patrick who was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I was made to feel at ease by all at Plato’s and it was such a special experience which I’ll never forget. Thank you!

Just amazing ..... Wandered in when exploring the hotel's public area's, and heard of Plato's ...... So opulently decorated yet understated, so comfortable, and pleasing to the eye. Staff professional, and service was prompt and efficient, the orange pekoe tea was perfect, and the little chocolates a delight. Great crockery, stylish and distinctive. I had a chat with a caring F&B Manager, who was relatively new, but already a great ambassador for Atlantis the Palm. As a former Hospitality Management professional, I appreciate when things work well. And it all did. Loved the whole experience.

Their pastries are the best! Especially the Japanese cake w/ strawberries Thank you Patrick, Fawcy and John for providing excellent service. Would definitely recommend this place!

I love my high tea experience at Plato’s. We were spoiled for choices in terms of bites and the teas /coffees are free flowing. Their welcome drink is so refreshing. The staff are warm and welcoming (shout out to Patrick and Asal). The atmosphere is laid back and the pianist comes by to play everyday at 645/7pm. A reservation is recommended for the afternoon tea.

Plato Bar and Lounge at Atlantis is a true gem! The sophisticated luxury is evident as soon as you step inside, creating an inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements any occasion. The staff, especially Patrick and Zoe, were incredibly friendly and professional, making our experience all the more enjoyable. We indulged in their hot chocolate, and it was nothing short of amazing — rich, creamy, and expertly crafted. The unique seating arrangement adds to the charm, and while the seating is limited, it creates an intimate vibe that we really appreciated. Overall, Plato Bar and Lounge is a delightful spot to relax and indulge in luxury. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a refined atmosphere with excellent service!

Plato’s afternoon tea was one of the best I’ve had in Dubai. The welcome drinks were a lovely start, beautifully presented and refreshing. The sandwiches were classic but with a creative twist that made them stand out, and the desserts were simply to die for. I chose the package with a cocktail, and the matcha-based one paired perfectly with the afternoon tea theme. The space itself was marvellous, elegant and relaxing. One small suggestion for improvement: while the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, the frequent check-ins became a bit much. Our conversation was often interrupted, which was slightly disruptive. That said, they took great care of us, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful final touch; a chocolate gift from the pastry chef. A lovely experience overall!

The ambience is wonderful, the food beautifully presented and the drinks are on point. Patrick has looked after us each night for the last four nights and his service is impeccable and his general demeanour a friendly way to end a busy day in Dubai. Thoroughly recommended!

Went there for breakfast. The place has a chic interior, amazing service and a special section for pastry and dessert with an amazing view over the pool and lots of sunlight.
